I aim for enquiries from people who know the price, have a suitable budget and intend to buy. Screening is designed to reduce irrelevant enquiries while preserving a workable volume.

01

Start with a focused pilot.

What do I need to do to find out more? Once a project creates interest, the form determines how much work comes next. The original form asked six questions before a first conversation with the sales team. I shortened the form to three questions: name, phone and intended use. I also consolidated the budget into one broad ad set instead of spreading it across four. The decisions simplified the next step and concentrated the campaign's activity.

02

Make the form easier to complete.

I connected ads built from the project's material to a shorter form and delivery into a shared lead sheet. Ongoing work examined ads and placements to see where enquiries were coming from and guide the next decisions.
