Herzliya / Paid campaigns / Video

For Doron Goldstein's project at 8 Kaf Tet be-November Street in Herzliya, the brief was specific: generate enquiries for a garden apartment and a penthouse. The same building offered two very different ways to live.

01

Two homes. Two stories.

Which home fits the life I want? The garden apartment and penthouse belonged to the same project, but each gave buyers a different reason to enquire. One general message about the building would miss that distinction. I gave each home its own message. The garden apartment led with outdoor space; the penthouse with privacy and room to host. The asking price appeared in the ads so people knew the price range before leaving their details.

02

Show the reason to enquire.

I built the creative from project renders and plans, with a shared visual language and separate angles for each home. A penthouse film followed, with distinct text versions. Meta forms captured enquiries for follow-up.
