I aim for enquiries from people who know the price, have a suitable budget and intend to buy. Screening is designed to reduce irrelevant enquiries while preserving a workable volume.
01
Give a distant project a clear context.
What sits behind the apartment I see? For an overseas purchase, the render is the beginning of the explanation. Buyers also need to understand the developer, the location and what the offer includes before discussing a purchase. I built the messaging from the developer's material and research into the project and market. Nereids was clearly anchored to Patsias and Larnaca, with project facts separated from projections and terms that needed explanation. That formed the basis for the Hebrew proposition.
02
Connect creative to the enquiry.
Project renders and developer material became the basis for the ads. I wrote the Hebrew messaging and connected the campaign to a short Meta lead form. The work later included video production, while keeping Nereids' identity and reporting separate.

FROM THE CAMPAIGN
